What is the minimum order?
Just 30 pairs — one of the lowest minimums in custom sock manufacturing. It is perfect for testing a design before scaling up.
Are there setup or design fees?
None. Design assistance is completely free, including unlimited revisions, and we never charge setup fees. You only pay for the socks you order.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes — we offer full Pantone color matching across 100+ colors, so your socks knit to the exact shades in your brand guidelines.
How long does production take?
Timelines depend on quantity and style, but with 1.5M pairs/month of capacity we move fast — and can rush large runs when you are on a deadline. Most orders ship in about 7 days.
How does the design process work?
Send your logo, colors or a rough idea and our designers create a photoreal digital mockup. We refine it together until you are happy — then you approve and we produce.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited. Design assistance and revisions are completely free — we keep tweaking until the mockup matches exactly what you want.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Yax Socks ships worldwide to 30+ countries, and we will recommend the fastest, most cost-effective option for your destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH and bank transfer, plus PayPal. For larger orders we offer invoicing with standard net terms.
Is quality guaranteed?
Yes. Every run passes third-party-audited quality control, and you approve a sample before production. If something is not right, we make it right.
